Roles and Responsibilities -
To conduct and record a patient assessment that takes into account all relevant data.
To perform physical examinations and patient assessments using nursing knowledge and clinical experience.
To determine real and potential issues from the examination in cooperation with the patient and family.
To appropriately escalate a complaint as necessary based on its urgency.
Use evidence-based practise when giving care.
Using the nursing process and nursing care priorities, to create, document, and discuss the nursing care plan with the patient and family.
Adjusting the nursing care plan as needed based on the patient's status.
To appropriately escalate a complaint as necessary based on its urgency.
Arranging for the patient's discharge as soon as it is practical, working with their family and other important people.
Qualifications in Education -
A Bachelor of Nursing from a recognised nursing institution.
Valid BLS certificate.
ACLS/NRP certification.
Requirements for Licenses, Registrations, and Certifications.
The most recent HAAD nursing licence.
Present-day Home Country licence
