Responsibility For Nurses Jobs -
To conduct and record a patient assessment that takes into account all relevant data.
To perform physical examinations and patient assessments using nursing knowledge and clinical experience.
To determine real and potential issues from the examination in cooperation with the patient and family.
To appropriately escalate a complaint as necessary based on its urgency.
Use evidence-based practise when giving care.
Using the nursing process and nursing care priorities, to create, document, and discuss the nursing care plan with the patient and family.
