Job Summary -

Rashid Hospital is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join thir healthcare team. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical services to ensure safe, effective, and appropriate medication management for there patients. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to optimize patient health and contribute to the overall quality of care delivered at Rashid Hospital.

Rashid Hospital Pharmacist Responsibilities -

Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
Review and interpret prescriptions for appropriateness, verifying dosages, drug interactions, and potential contraindications.
Provide medication counseling to patients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding proper usage, side effects, and precautions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient-specific treatment plans and recommend appropriate medications.
Monitor patients' drug therapies for effectiveness, adverse reactions, and potential drug interactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records, including patient profiles, drug utilization reviews, and medication histories.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of medications according to established guidelines.
Participate in medication reconciliation processes to minimize medication errors during transitions of care.
Stay updated on the latest developments in pharmaceuticals, including new drugs, treatments, and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to pharmacy technicians and other staff members.

Rashid Hospital Pharmacist Qualification -

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. A Master's degree in Pharmacy is preferred.

Valid pharmacist license issued by the relevant regulatory authority.
Proven experience working as a pharmacist in a hospital or clinical setting.
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceuticals, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacology.
Familiarity with pharmacy information systems and electronic medical records.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements related to pharmacy practices.

Rashid Hospital Pharmacist Salary -

We offer a competitive salary package and benefits commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Retail Pharmacist	AED 5,500
Staff Pharmacist	AED 4,000
