HPAS or Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service is a state public service examination conducted by the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission Board. The HPAS 2022 notification is expected to be released soon. The posts presented through HPAS 2022 exam are as follows:

HPAS 2024 Exam Pattern

Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services exam is divided into three parts, HPAS Prelims (Preliminary Exam), HPAS Mains, and finally HPAS Viva Voice.

HPAS 2024 Preliminary Examination 

This exam is conducted into two papers general studies and aptitude. Test both question papers contain the same mark. More information is inserted into the table given below-

HPAS 2024 Mains Exam

Candidates who pass the first round of the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services Examination are admitted for HPAS Main. The HPAS main examination section consists of six compulsory core subjects that are compulsory, but it offers two subjects as an option for the candidates.

All details are given below for compulsory subjects -

1.General Science I - 200 marks 

2.General Science II - 200 marks

3.General Science III - 200 marks

4.Hindi - 100 marks

5.Essay - 100 marks

6.English - 100 marks

And 2 optional subjects for every 100 marks.

HPAS 2022 Personality Test

The Viva Voice section of the HPAS exam is the final process. Candidates are shortlisted to participate in Viva Voice based on their marks in HPAS Mains.
